Vendor Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at one of our events. All applications to vend will be considered on a first come first serve basis. We will respond to confirm your participation in the event at which point we will request the payment from you. 



    Vendors are required to supply all necessary display equipment for their booth, including tables, chairs, and shelving. Please note that the maximum allowable footprint for any setup is strictly limited to a 6-foot table. If you need more space, inquire for custom pricing.
     
    Accessibility Note: Our venue is split across two levels, and we do not have an elevator. Vendors/Facilitators assigned to the Second Floor will be responsible for carrying their own display materials upstairs. If you require a ground-floor location due to mobility constraints, please inform us on your application and we will ensure you are accommodated.
