No. The Zula Den is fully carpeted. We make a strong effort to keep it clean. 

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to book if you are booking the flat rate. It becomes non-refundable 2 weeks before the event date. 75% balance due the day before the event. 

If you choose the revenue share, we require a $40 deposit to book. It becomes non-refundable 2 weeks before the event date. This is also the minimum revenue share option. So the venue’s share is either the percentages shown above or the minimum whichever is greater.

No, we solely take a percentage of ticket sales.

No. We provide a soundboard for you to utilize but not a sound engineer. It is the facilitators responsibility to have a sound engineer at their event if they choose to do so.

No, we do not have an elevator, only a staircase.

Yes, there is ample street parking. Be sure to read restriction signs. 

No, food can be provided in the workshop room. Tea/drinks are okay inside.
 
We encourage you to leave the space as is, however, if anything is moved please be sure to leave the space how you found it.
 
Yes, there is one bathroom located upstairs and two downstairs.
 
Yes, there is a full working kitchen with a stove top and oven downstairs and a small kitchenette upstairs with a sink. 
 
We have a gong that is available for use and a few sound instruments, please inquire beforehand.
