Option 1 – 40% Rev Share
Venue gets 40% of ticket sales and the facilitator / musician receives 60%. Tickets will be sold through MindBody on ZulaDen.com and the credit card processing fee charged by the platform is paid by the venue and not deducted from the facilitator or attendee. Ticket proceeds will be received by the venue, who will then email the facilitator a revenue summary and send the payout payment within two business days after the event.
Includes:
- A complimentary photoshoot at the Zula Den for every new facilitator / musician to our space.
- Instagram story promoting your event.
- Instagram post of your event in our “This Week at the Zula Den” which shows all the upcoming events of that week.
- Instagram re-post of the story you create and tag us @theZulaDen
- An attendant who will be present for the duration of the event to assist with check ins and more.
Please Note
- Booking deposit of $40 is required to secure the date which is also the venue’s minimum. The deposit will be returned with the payment of 60%.
- The booking deposit is fully refundable up until 2 weeks before the event date. At which point if you cancel the booking fee will not be refunded.
- If the event needs to be cancelled due to zero registrations the booking fee can be applied to your next event.
- Revenue share includes up to one hour of load in time before and one hour of load out time after the scheduled event time. Any overtime will need to be charged at the flat hourly rate listed below.
- With this option every attendee needs to purchase a ticket to support the facilitator and venue, yes also friends and family.

Hours measured from the time you enter to the time you exit the building. So set up and tear down times are part of the required time. Number of people includes the facilitators. Optional photoshoot at the Zula Den is available for $40 (up to one hour).
1 hour minimum for bookings within business hours Mon-Fri 9-5.
2 hour minimum for week day evening bookings Mon-Fri after 5pm.
4 hour minimum for weekend bookings.
25% deposit due to book. Becomes non-refundable 1 weeks before the event date.
75% balance due the day before the event.
